KonadNailArt.com wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience with us. If for any reason you don't like or don't want something you purchased from KonadNailart.com, you may return New and Unused merchandise within 30 days for store credit; other types of refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. New and unused merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. If you choose to refuse your package upon delivery, once we receive the package back to our store, we will refund your order minus any fees associated with your package. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for used merchandise.
You must contact us to receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you return any item to us. You can reach us at cs@konadnailart.com.
Delivery Address Error
Please check and make sure that you have provided us your full and correct delivery address. If a delivery is returned to us due to error in the address you provided us, you will be responsible for the redelivery charges.
Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please send us an email with your order number and a list of items that are damaged. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification and/or pictures of the damages items be send to us.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us. Please send us an email with your order number for our review. Important: In our attempts to combat fraud, we screen diligently for Credit Card fraud! We pursue all legal avenues - advise credit card companies, credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge a minimal handling chrage for shipping materials, etc. Our web store will compute correct shipping charges. You will have several shipping options to choose from. Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options. If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order. You are required to sign for your package upon delivery.
How long do you take to ship out an order?
We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We ship out orders on the next 1 to 2 working days for all in stock item. If an item you order is out of stock it will be put on backorder and ship out once new stocks arrived.
What shipping methods are available, shipping time and tracking?
Weekends and holidays are not counted as days of shipping.

- Further tracking status of your item is available only for items send to the following countries Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea Rep. Of, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States. (please note that tracking status at these links are only available at the later stage of delivery when the postal company receive the item in your country).

Where can I find my shipping and tracking details?
Click on the "Track Order Status" link in the invoice email you receive from us when your place the order and you will be taken to a page with the information. If you do not see any information on the page your order has not been ship yet, please check again on the next working day.
SUPER SAVER SHIPPING!
How do I take advantage of Super Saver shipping? If you choose our Super Saver shipping option, we will ship your order via the most cost-effective shipping method. Orders shipped using our Super Saver shipping option, on average, take 7-15 days for delivery. How does International Super Saver Shipping work? We now offer Super Saver Shipping which is a discounted shipping option that will ship via Registered Air Mail or Speedpost Air Parcel. Rather than paying the full amount, we offer discounted rates. We are able to offer a much lower rates than regular because konadnailart.com will be paying for part of the shipping charges. Please note that we may need to recover the part of the shipping charges of a return order that shipped using Super Saver shipping.
My parcel did not arrived in time, what should I do?
- Please be assured that we make sure all our customers received their parcel. We send all parcel via Registered (meaning customer has to sign for the parcel).
- If your parcel did not arrived in the stipulated time, please allow another 14 to 30 days for delivery, if you still did not received the parcel please email us at cs@konadnailart.com and we will make an enquiry for you with the post office. If parcel is lost in mail we will make a claim with the post office and a new parcel will be send out to you.
